Suhwa / Legal Website information
Privacy
This website is designed to share information about Suhwa and provide direct ways to start a conversation. It does not include accounts, user profiles, advertising, or analytics.
Information you choose to share
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, company, and what you are building. We use that information to respond and to continue relevant business or recruiting conversations.
The contact form
The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional company or organization, and your message. Submitting it sends those details to info@su-hwa.com as an email so we can reply. The form is processed by a Cloudflare Worker operated by Suhwa and delivered by Resend, our email delivery provider, who processes the message in order to send it. The submission is not stored in a database, added to a marketing list, or used for advertising.
The form includes a hidden field used only to detect automated spam. It collects nothing about you.
Website data
Suhwa does not currently run analytics or set advertising or marketing cookies on this site. Like most websites, the hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, request time, or browser details, for security and reliable operation.
External services
External links—including Calendly and LinkedIn—take you to services operated by those organizations. Their privacy practices apply when you use their sites. Email links open the email application or service you choose to use.
Retention and choices
Business correspondence may be kept for as long as it remains useful for the conversation or for reasonable business and legal needs. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent directly to Suhwa by emailing info@su-hwa.com.
Changes to this notice
If the website’s data practices change—for example, if analytics are added or the contact form begins storing submissions—this page should be updated before those features are enabled.
